What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor (45 hours per week) position at Exeter Subaru?
We are looking to add experienced Service Advisors to our team. We have full-time (45 hours per week), 4 day work week and part-time positions available. If you would like to become part of the team, you must have; a proven track record in service writing, the ability to work with technicians and to present customers with their current service needs, while maintaining order and flow in a busy store.
Qualifications:
-Self-starter and self-motivated
-Great attitude and outstanding work ethic
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work well in a process driven environment
-Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
-At least two (2 ) years service advisor experience
-Stable career with previous employers
-Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Compensation DOE and FT or PT status
