The department is entering an exciting phase of expansion and innovation. Requirements
- Recent Cardiac Cath Lab or EP experience
- Candidates without CCL experience, 2 years ICU / PCU / ED required.
- May consider recent cardiac telemetry / post cardiac cath care experience and can demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Graduate from accredited RN Program. BSN preferred.
- RN license ‑ NH or other Compact State
- ACLS and BLS required upon hire
- Positions and immobilizes patient on examining table following specified protocols.
- Continuous assessment of patient hemodynamics.
- Performs conscious sedation.
- Mix and maintain IV/IC infusion and bolus.
- Alerts Physician to changes in patient responses.
- Assists Physician in interventional procedures.
- Recovery of patient to Phase
- Acts as a liaison between family, patient and Physician.
- Performs procedures to include non‑sterile, dressing changes and maintaining aseptic technique.
- Performs all duties of staff RN as appropriate.
