We are seeking a high-performing Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients exploring cosmetic surgery options and guide them through their consultation, decision-making process, and booking journey.
This is a patient-facing role requiring both strong sales skills and a high level of professionalism. As part of the consultation process, you will assist with patient intake and review pre-operative photographs. This role requires a candidate who is mature, respectful, and comfortable maintaining patient modesty and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential patients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients from a database of warm leads and build relationships.
- Conduct consultations with prospective patients.
- Present pricing, packages, and financing options confidently and clearly.
- Review photos with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities.
- Comfortable working with female patients in clinical and private settings.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong background in outbound calling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- Familiarity with financing platforms and positioning options to support affordability.
- A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets.
Compensation
- Base Salary Commission
- On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$150,000 annually
- Top performers can exceed targets with no commission cap
