Position Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Equipment Operator
• 0-3 years experience
• Pass Background check & D&A test
• Ability to be on call 24/7during hitch
• Ability to work and drive in adverse weather conditions
• Field Supervisor
• 3 years experience as cement supervisor in Rockies
• Knowledge of all types of primary and remedial cement jobs
• Class A CDL
• Clean MVR
• Pass Background check & D&A test
• Ability to be on call 24/7during hitch
• Ability to work and drive in adverse weather conditions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operator (All experience Levels)
• Professionally drive, operate, and maintain a variety of Exero cement equipment on client locations and in the yard.
• Assist crew in rigging up and rigging down reporting to the Field Supervisor.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures set forth by Exero
• A variety of other tasks that assigned by Field Supervisor and management
• Field Supervisor
• Professionally drive, operate, and maintain a variety of Exero cement equipment on client locations and in the yard.
• Ensure DOT compliance
• Assist crew in rigging up and rigging down reporting to the Field Supervisor.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures set forth by Exero
• A variety of other tasks that assigned by Field Supervisor and management
• Professionally communicate and work with client representative on job procedures
• Supervise, train, and assist assigned cement crew on location and in the yard
