Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, motorgraders, excavators, and other machinery to perform excavation, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks.
- Manage various trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks to transport materials and support site operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with construction teams to execute site plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Follow all safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment for everyone on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, motorgraders, excavators, and related machinery.
- Finish grade experience is required on Dozers and Motorgrader. (Experience will be verified)
- Familiarity with TopCon GPS.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and routine maintenance.
- Valid commercial driver’s license.
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation activities.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
