Exegistics has partnered with a Solar Technology Manufacturing & Engineering company to fill a temporary Technical Writer position. This is a short-term assignment supporting a start-up manufacturing site in developing essential documentation, including SOPs and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and format technical documentation, including process manuals, system specifications, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and understand documentation needs.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, user-friendly content.
- Review and standardize existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct periodic updates to reflect changes in systems or procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other documentation tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
