Shift Schedules
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
- 6 weeks of training on 1st Shift
- 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- 10 hours of weekly overtime required, with additional overtime available
- Weekend and additional hours may be required based on production needs
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, adhesives, fasteners, and fabrication equipment.
- Perform bonding, laminating, vacuum bagging, curing, and tooling-related activities.
- Prepare molds and tooling for production.
- Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, quality procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
- Operate production equipment and maintain accurate production records.
- Troubleshoot production and tooling issues while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, aerospace, composites, mechanical assembly, or related experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR),
- Manufacturing Technician I: Entry-level to 1 years of related experience
- Manufacturing Technician II: Intermediate-level manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing Technician III: 5 years of composite, aerospace, tooling, repair, or related manufacturing experience
