Work You'll Do
- Support and manage Windows operating systems and servers across the enterprise.
- Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
- Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates.
- Implementing backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitoring system performance and automating tasks with PowerShell.
- Maintaining system documentation and collaborating with project teams.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Windows systems administration experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management.
- Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM.
- CompTIA Security certification.
- Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg.
- Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location.
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
- Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP , CISSP.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Experience working with developers, project managers, and end users.
