Web Developer helps the team with all website-related projects at SpotCo. In addition to executing website-related tasks and providing website maintenance, this role collaborates with designers, copywriters, account team members, and others to develop and implement SpotCo digital projects. The Web Developer should also be able to provide web expertise and innovative ideas.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTranslate design concepts, prototypes, and designs into launch-ready websitesCollaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters on design, branding, website builds, updates, etc.Ensure all deliverables are completed on timeHandle website maintenance, including but not limited to content updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and QA testingBe aware of show milestones and other important dates and make appropriate website updatesGraphics manipulation, editing, and optimizationWork with the account team to stay within budget on projectsAdd Google Tags when neededQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEProven experience working in a fast-paced creative agency or similar environmentExperience with Google Tag Manager (including event tracking setup) and Google AnalyticsComfortable with cPanel/WHM for back-end server functionality and DNS updatesAbility to prioritize multiple projects and deliver under pressure in order to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to address problems with innovative solutionsStrong attention to detail as well as good organizational and communication skills3 years of web design/development experience in a full service, high energy, agency environmentAble to work a hybrid schedule (in-person and remote)SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000/yearSeniority level
