Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary customer support contact, ensuring successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and troubleshoot the platform, cloud technologies, and integrate systems to solve complex technical challenges.
- Analyze technical cases, identify underlying issues, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the platform and its core functionalities.
- Work towards isolating and fixing bugs in applications, software, and integrated systems through data analysis and troubleshooting practices.
- Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST) and networking fundamentals.
- Expertise in scripting and familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- The ability to understand and troubleshoot LDAP/Active Directory and SSO configurations.
