$200,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr

About The Role

As a Staff Product Engineer at Replit, you will work closely with product and platform engineers, designers, sales, and product managers to build features that help users collaborate with their teams and rapidly turn ideas into software. You will help shape new products and experiments that our millions of users love.

Responsibilities

• Help lead major projects and take new products from 0?1
• Identify the hardest technical and/or quality problems holding us back, and build solutions
• Chart high?level technical direction and ensure projects come together to deliver results
• Mentor and develop new senior engineers to grow the team
• Ship new features and build infrastructure using TypeScript, React, CSS, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in a technical leadership role, working cross?functionally
• Experience building full?stack applications with TypeScript
• Experience building directly for users
  
  

Bonus Points

• Passion for programming and experience with IDEs, terminals, or other developer tools
• Previous experience at a startup in a cross?functional engineering role
