Strategic Solution Leadership
- Define and lead enterprise-level PLM and digital thread architectures that align with customers strategic objectives and long-term growth.
- Provide executive-level technical guidance to customers, helping them evaluate, design, and adopt PLM solutions that maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a key contributor in business development efforts, supporting complex pre-sales engagements and influencing strategic account direction.
- Lead architecture governance across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with EACs technical standards.
- Develop and validate end-to-end solution blueprints, encompassing system architecture, integration frameworks, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategy.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable technical solutions that balance innovation, cost, and risk.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure proposed solutions meet both customer needs and EACs delivery capabilities.
- Drive solution standardization and template development to accelerate future implementations and improve delivery efficiency.
- Provide hands-on guidance and technical leadership to project teams throughout solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment phases.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Solution Development Managers, and technical consultants fostering professional growth and technical mastery.
- Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence across teams.
- Lead enterprise-level data architecture planning, integration design, and migration strategies between PLM and other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM).
- Oversee the execution of data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance.
- Advocate for data governance best practices and system interoperability standards across all solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of solution delivery methodologies, architecture standards, and internal processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends, assessing their impact on EACs service offerings and customers digital transformation journeys.
- Represent EAC as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving company goals and strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven success leading large-scale PLM or digital transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience influencing executive stakeholders and shaping strategic technology direction.
- Deep expertise in PLM ecosystems, including architecture design, data management, and systems integration.
- Extensive hands-on experience with PTC technologies particularly Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo.
- Proficiency in enterprise integration (RESTful APIs, middleware, ERP connectors, and web services).
- Strong command of modern development frameworks and technologies (Java, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, HTML, C/C ).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid deployment models.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, solution performance optimization, and scalable deployment patterns.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to guide and develop technical talent while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
