SR. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our CRM and web applications. This role offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.

Integrate client APIs using Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend CRM functionality.

Build and maintain web applications connected to Dynamics 365 using C#, ASP. NET (Core & MVC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and data management (SQL Server).

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software design and development.

Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of development standards.

Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance and technical skills.

Utilize Azure services (e. g., Azure Functions, Azure SQL) to support CRM deployments.

Collaborate with the CIO and technical teams on architecture planning and process improvements.

Ensure availability, security, and scalability of cloud-hosted applications.

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize for performance and cost-efficiency.

Enhance front-end features for contest websites and portals using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exports between Dynamics 365 and third-party platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems and interactive products.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (e. g., MB-200, MB-400)

Microsoft PowerApps Platform certifications

Azure experience or Azure Certification (Solutions Architect or Developer)

Minimum Requirements

5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including:

• Workflows, Business Processes, Plug-ins
• Webresources and CRM SDK
• REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
  
  

Strong Familiarity With Microsoft Power Platform

• Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, MS AI
  
  

Experience with O365 suite of applications.

Backend & Integration Skills

Proficiency in MS-SQL and backend development.

Experience With Azure And/or AWS, Including

• NodeJS APIs
• Azure APIs, Azure SQL, Data Gateways
• Data Export Service, SSRS, SSIS
  
  

Full Stack Development

Hands-on Experience With

• C#, . NET, ASP. NET, MVC
• NodeJS, JavaScript, JQuery
• HTML, CSS
  
  

Solid Understanding Of

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Design Patterns
• Web Services and APIs
  
  

Other Requirements

Agile development experience (Scrum environment).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
