Lead teams in architecture and engineering of continuous delivery, cloud, containers, and servicesManage a team of senior and mid-level engineers providing leadership, mentoring, coaching, career development and feedbackLead complex and high visibility end to end projects through design, budgeting, testing, implementation and performance monitoringPartner with security, network, and software delivery on continuous improvement of infrastructure platformParticipate in and support initiatives for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery PlanningManage Vendor relationships and contract negotiations for Company's computing platformGuide efforts applied to identification, enhancement and automation of applications and systemsEnforce test policies and procedures are followedProvide input for employee selection, training, guidance, performance management and development to ensure department objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are metActively contribute toward the vision, organization and leadership of the PCE departmentEnhance and mature the Agile software development lifecycle within PCE department by applying industry best practices & processesKeep management informed of department progress, problems and solutionsPromote DevOps principles, collaborate with other groups within PCE departmentGuide departments in understanding the technical solutions and defining ROI for related to proposed solutionsSupport the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and dataMinimum Qualifications

The base pay scale for this position in:Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $158,000 - $210,000.New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $189,000 - $240,000.Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.This pay scale is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific candidate, which is always dependent on legitimate factors considered at the time of job offer.
