Qualifications: 6 years of IT experience in Java/J2EE Web Technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Web eCommerce Platforms, SOA, API, and Application services.
• At least 2 years in a Technical Lead role, leading end-to-end project implementation and delivery.
• Experience with digital enterprise projects utilizing J2EE technologies, especially eCommerce.
• Proficiency in J2EE frameworks: EJB, JSP, Servlet, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JMX, RMI.
• Experience with Portal 8.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, including MVC.
• Experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong skills in Java 7 and above.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among development teams, business owners, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in best practices and knowledge sharing techniques.
