Our UI Developer is akey member of the engineering staff working across the organization to provide friction-less, intuitive experiences to our customers while maintainingthe highest standards of design and performance. Our team thrives in delivering high-quality Flutterand ReactJS-based applications and user interfaces in a hyper-growth environmentwhere priorities shift quickly. The ideal candidate has strongFlutter and ReactJS development skills, solid understanding of Javamicroservices integration, and experience with modern frontend technologies including responsivedesign, state management, and API integration. Exposure toAgentic AI systems for enhanced user experiences is highly valued.

Position Responsibilities

As a UIDeveloper, you will:

• Scope, design, and build responsive, scalable mobileand web applications using Flutter and ReactJS
• Build product definition and leverage your UI/UX skills to drive towards theright user experience solutions
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
• Participate in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of userinterface engineering across the organization
• Define, create, and support reusable UI components and design patterns from bothuser experience and technology perspectives
• Utilize programming languages includingJavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and Java, alongwith modern development tools and frameworks across the software development life cycle tocreate exceptional user experiences
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter with seamless user experiences across iOS and Android
• Build responsive web applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Integratewith Java microservices and REST APIs to deliverdynamic, data-driven user interfaces Implement state management solutions and optimizeapplication performance for mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate withbackend Java teams to ensure smoothAPI integration and data flow Exposureto Agentic AI systems that enhanceuser interactions and automate user experience workflows
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to UI/UX best practices and knowledge sharinginitiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Expert-level fluency inFlutter and ReactJS with strong mobile and web application development skills
• Solid understanding of Java microservices architecture and REST API integration
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and modern frontend developmentpractices
• Experience building responsive, cross-platform applications with focus on user experience and performance
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment for frontend applications
• Experiencewith modern CSS frameworks, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Knowledgeof version control, testing frameworks, and frontend development tooling
• Experiencewith application performance monitoring and useranalytics tools
• Knowledge ofKubernetes, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code
• Understandingof security best practices for mobile and web applications includingOAuth, JWT, and API security
• Exposure to Agentic AI systems and autonomous userexperience enhancements is a plus Knowledge of design systems, componentlibraries, and UI/UX best practices
• In-depth knowledge of mobile and web performanceoptimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving abilityfocused on user experience challenges
• Ability to excel in afast-paced, startup-likeenvironment with rapidly changing requirements
  
  

Experience

• 4 years of professional UI development experience with Flutter or ReactJS
• 3 years of experience with mobile/web application architecture
• 2 years of experience integrating with Java microservices and backend APIs
• 2 years of experience with cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) for frontend applicationdeployment
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Additional coursework or certification in UI/UX design, mobile development, or frontend frameworks (preferred)
  
  

Annual Salary

$105,000.00 - $215,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidates work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
