Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy, automation, and test framework development within CI/CD.
- Independently plan, design, and execute test cycles across software, firmware, hardware, and sensor integrations.
- Perform hands?on testing of AI/ML?enabled systems and software with sensors to validate functional and non?functional behavior.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and DevOps to improve test coverage and release quality.
- Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement in test processes and standards.
- 610 years of QA experience across software, embedded systems, and hardware?software integrations.
- Proven experience testing AI/ML models, non?deterministic systems, and sensor?integrated software.
- Skilled in planning and executing test strategies independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and QA governance practices.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Exposure to HIL, Embedded and/or IoT testing.
- Experience with Non?functional performance testing, or edge device validation.
