The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and protecting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting Web Based system usage and issue reporting.
Job Description
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Security Management: Implement, monitor, and continuously improve security protocols, firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems to protect against cyber threats
- System Administration: Perform regular system updates, patches, and audits to maintain the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems
- Web-Based System Support: Utilize web-based systems effectively and provide support when needed, including troubleshooting and escalating usage issues to superiors
- User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions to enhance productivity and system reliability
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, security protocols, web-based systems usage, and operational procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to the IT environment
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT technology (security, infrastructure, development)
- Firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems regular system updates, patches, and audits to maintain the stability, security
- Utilize web-based systems effectively and provide support when needed
- Bilingual - English & Korean Bilingual
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security , or equivalent
- Experience in IT systems management within the manufacturing or retail sector
- Experience with disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and data backup solutions
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior technical role within an IT department
