What Youll Be Doing

- Scaling our systems and infrastructure to handle millions of voice interactions
- Leveraging AI agents to streamline integration with legacy systems
- Making voice AI interactions as natural as human conversation
- Developing intuitive user experiences for human in the loop workflows
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience with Python - knowledge of async patterns is a plus
- Familiarity modeling complex data and building scalable systems
- A strong sense of ownership - you should care deeply about your work and what we deliver to customers
- A track record shipping - you should know what it takes to rapidly ship production ready features
- Communication skills - you should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with non-technical teammates and customers
