Position Overview

Were looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect who can bridge cutting?edge AI technology with enterprise?scale business value. This role combines strategic advisory with hands?on technical leadership, helping our customers architect, deploy, and optimize advanced AI workloads across hybrid and multi?cloud environments.

Youll partner directly with C?suite executives, engineering teams, and developers at some of the most innovative enterprises and startups, guiding them through their AI transformation journey. Youll also act as a thought leader in the AI community, influencing FlexAIs roadmap, and shaping industry best practices.

What Youll Do

• Design and implement enterprise?grade Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for deploying models as well as training and fine?tuning foundational models.
• Understand Customer Profiles, workloads, compliance needs and help identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Deploy infrastructure across hyperscaler, neoclouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Sesterce etc.) and on?prem environments, optimizing for cost?performance trade?offs.
• Help customers maximize utilization of AI accelerators across multiple architectures (NVIDIA, AMD, Tenstorrent, AI Accelerators).
• Optimize workloads using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Ray, Hugging Face, Triton etc.
• Understanding of automated deployments with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to executives, IT leaders, and engineering teams.
• Translate complex AI architectures into clear business outcomes.
• Lead workshops, deep dives, and architectural discussions to accelerate adoption.
• Lead prospecting and acquisition of new logos, create and build customer relationships from scratch, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor on their long?term technology and business decisions.
  
  

Lead Thought Leadership & Community Engagement

• Publish whitepapers, blogs, and reference architectures.
• Represent FlexAI at major industry events, summits, and conferences.
• Advocate for sustainable, ethical, and high?impact AI adoption.
  
  

Drive Product Innovation

• Gather customer feedback to shape FlexAIs platform and AI/ML service roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence new features and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to define technical blueprints and case studies.
  
  

What Youll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales within AI, HPC, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in ML model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Deep technical expertise in AI model training, fine?tuning, and inferencing, with hands?on experience in GPU acceleration, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a technical field.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud ML Engineer, or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience in big data management, scalable distributed systems, and AI infrastructure orchestration.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks, distributed model architectures (transformers, CNNs, LSTMs), and accelerators.
• Track record of delivering large?scale AI/ML solutions in hybrid/multi?cloud environments.
