- Serving as a subject matter expert on Workday technical aspects, including integrations and Adaptive Insights.
- Designing and overseeing technical implementations.
- Leading and mentoring the technical team.
- Managing Workday releases and upgrades.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Gathering requirements and leading testing efforts.
- Developing technical documentation.
- Leading integrations, reports, and dashboards development.
- Conducting testing and debugging.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Providing system expertise to optimize business processes.
- Minimum 5 years in technical leadership roles involving Workday or similar platforms.
- Expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting, with tools like Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, etc.
- Understanding of Workday security models, data architecture, and Adaptive Insights.
- Certifications in Workday modules.
- Experience with Java, Talend, Postman, and BI reporting tools.
