Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed 3D Tekla models for PEMB and steel building projects.
- Produce accurate shop drawings, erection plans, and part details based on engineering designs and project specifications.
- Review design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and constructability.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve design or detailing issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and quality standards.
- Perform model checks and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- 4-6 years of experience detailing PEMB and steel building systems (non-structural steel).
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures is required.
- Solid understanding of building framing systems, connections, and shop fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
