Job Description

Supports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates

Basic Qualifications

• This role is responsible for applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, managing work breakdown structures (WBS), tracking variances, and driving risk & opportunity mitigation
• Variance & Trend Analysis: Identify cost, schedule, and technical variances; generate trend analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Track program risks and opportunities, update risk registers, and facilitate mitigation plans.
