- Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering standards
- 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Prior experience at a high-bar, fast-growing startup or similarly rigorous technical environment

- Experience working on early-stage products from zero to scale
- Evidence of shipping complex systems rather than isolated features
- Candidates with frequent job changes (multiple roles under one year)
- Recently transitioned managers who are not fully committed to being hands-on ICs
- Engineers with weak technical fundamentals or reliance on legacy / low-bar stacks
- Candidates who require constant direction instead of owning problems end-to-end
- Work directly with founders and influence core product decisions
- Own meaningful systems from day one
- High impact, low bureaucracy, real customer problems
- Opportunity to grow rapidly with the company as it scales
- Third-party recruiters, please do not reach out for this role.
