We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Technical Services Manager to oversee and manage all technical and engineering services within our healthcare facility. This role is critical in ensuring that all hospital infrastructure, medical equipment, and support systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
âï¸ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all technical services, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Oversee maintenance programs (preventative and corrective) for hospital equipment and infrastructure
- Lead and supervise technical and maintenance staff
- Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor performance
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical systems (e.g., power supply, backup generators, emergency systems)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care environments
- Develop and implement asset management and risk mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related field)
- GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in technical/facilities management, preferably in a hospital environment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Proven leadership and project management skills
