- We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform.
- This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across ITSM, HR, and other business domains.
- Design, develop, and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using Moveworks.
- Integrate with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and other business applications.
- Develop and optimize APIs (REST/JSON) for system connectivity, data aggregation, and workflow automation.
- Configure conversation paths, plugins, and bot skills, ensuring accuracy in NLP intent recognition and response flows.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and analytics to measure bot performance, usage patterns, and response quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Document system configurations and provide technical support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience, with at least 12 years in Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js development experience.
- Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and HR lifecycle workflows such as onboarding, performance management, and case management.
- Hands-on experience with Moveworks-specific configuration including intents, conversation design, and thresholds.
- Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce with AI assistants.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
- Agile development and DevOps delivery experience.
- Healthcare domain experience is good to have.
- Knowledge of NLP and chatbot development best practices.
- Optional skills: TypeScript, JavaScript, REST API, JSON, NLP, React.js.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
