Availability to work 100% remote from Texas (required);
Experience with zOS Systems Programming (5 years);
Experience with JES2, zOS Unix System Services (OMVS), and Storage Management Subsystem (SMS) (5 years);
Experience with TSS Top Secret Security (3 years);
Experience with performance monitoring, including initial analysis of performance issues (3 years);
Experience with REXX (2 years);
Preferred
Experience with Informatica Power Exchange Administration (3 years);
Experience with zOS Operation, Networking (VTAM, TCP/IP), and automated job scheduling/management software (JOBTRAC, BLUEZONE, VTAMSWITCH) (3 years);
Experience with SMPE, RMF, SMF, WLM, JCL (3 years);
Experience with GRS, VSAM, TSO (3 years);
Experience with TLS configuration certificates, SSL, RSA Keys, SFTP, FTPS (3 years);

Responsibilities
Provide primary support as the subject matter expert for zOS operating systems and related components;
Deliver technical support for releases, upgrades, and changes to zOS operating systems, networks, and component software;
Administer and support Independent Software Vendor products, including BlueZone;
Support configuration management tools such as SCLM;
Diagnose and resolve mainframe platform, software, and product issues and conduct root cause analysis;
Analyze performance issues and recommend capacity planning and system-wide performance tuning;
Participate as a technical lead on internal team projects affecting the zOS platform;
Support integration testing of new products with applications and user procedures;
Maintain and provide technical support for Mainframe Production Control and monthly Job Scheduler
