Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade real-time data streaming solutions using Confluent Kafka.
- Set up and configure Kafka clusters ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement ksqlDB and Apache Flink for stream processing, event-driven applications, and advanced analytics.
- Define best practices for Kafka topic design, partitioning, replication, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and application teams to integrate Kafka into existing and new data platforms.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in Kafka, Flink, and ksqlDB environments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and engineering teams.
