In This Role, You Will
- Work closely with an Agile team of experienced software engineers on projects that involve the development and analysis of real time Embedded SW system.
- Have the opportunity to learn the latest advancements in SW defined communication systems
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems design.
- Development experience with the Linux OS
- Proficiency with C and C programming languages
- Proficiency with multi-threaded, multi-core, and real-time operating systems
- Experience with object-oriented software development.
- Understanding of Design, Implementation, Integration and Testing of large software systems
- Experience with embedded software emulators/debuggers
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team including hardware, software, and systems engineers.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0 - 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Embedded Software or DSP.
- Experience optimizing software for performance, power consumption, and memory usage on various hardware platforms.
- Experience using test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Experience with radio communications including waveforms, modulations, coding schemes and digital signaling.
- Experience with communications security (COMSEC) and transmission security (TRANSEC) concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with software development using artificial intelligence.

Salary : $73,000 - $136,000
