Earth is the national leader, backed by major investors, and growing fast.The RoleWere looking for a Product Manager to join our team as our first individual contributor product hire, reporting to our Head of Product (based in NYC). Youll help shape our product experience and support the development of our product strategy. Youll take ownership of requirements gathering, user research, QA, and product documentation, and help drive cross-functional alignment across teams including Engineering, Operations, Science, and Sales & Marketing.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with a solid foundation in product and a strong desire to grow their impact. Youll have the opportunity to work with all parts of the business and learn how a fast-growing startup operates and scales.This is a primarily remote role, with occasional in-person collaboration with our Head of Product in NYC, travel to our HQ in San Francisco, and visits to our facilities in Seattle and Las Vegas.What Youll DoWork alongside our Head of Product to shape and execute on our product roadmap.Translate business needs into clear product requirements and developer-facing user stories.Build wireframes and process flow charts using tools like Figma and Lucidchart.Document current system architecture, workflows, and product changes.Collaborate with Engineering to plan, drive, and execute on product release cycles.Own QA and testing processes, identify edge cases, and ensure quality before deployment.Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.About You2 years of experience in a product role, ideally at a scaling or startup-stage company.Strong grasp of product development processes and agile methodologies.Experience with Figma and Jira (or similar ticketing tools).Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative.CompensationSalary: $100-$120k, depending on skillset and experience.Equity: Competitive equity grant.What Earth ProvidesMission-driven work that makes a lasting impactCompetitive salary and equity packageHybrid work environment (remote-friendly)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planUnlimited PTO
