Compensation Range: $68,000.00-$103,000.00, plus bonus.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Assist with the preparation of certain external regulatory filings and reporting
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of account coding
- Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger and sub-ledger accounts
- Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements which would include income and balance sheets used for internal and external reporting purposes
- Respond to financial inquiries; provide requested information for use in effective management of the business and/or meeting external reporting needs
- Provide and effectively communicate financial information for internal and external audit
- Validate work product is accurate
- Provide feedback, including sharing best practices, to team members
- Participate on cross-functional teams as required
The requirements of this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Newly graduated to 2 years of experience in Accounting required
- Analytical and organizational skills needed with ability to perform required analysis quickly and accurately under tight deadlines, communicate requirements effectively, and produce detailed and accurate presentations
- Strong experience using Excel
- Ability to work independently, well organized, self-motivated in a fast paced environment
- Consumer package goods industry experience a plus
- Experience in a CPG manufacturing environment a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) a plus
- Excellent organizational ability
