IT Project Manager (Remote) Client: Enterprise FinTech Platform Location: Phoenix, AZ Remote (must work MST/CST hours) Local or nearby time zone candidates preferred Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract through 12/2026 Please include project list with team size, budget, and tools on submission Skills: Project Management, Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Azure DevOps, Stakeholder Management, SDLC, Risk & Issue Management, Status Reporting Job Requirements: Proven experience leading end-to-end IT projects in an Agile or hybrid environment Ability to manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams Hands-on experience facilitating standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with business, technical, and leadership teams Experience creating and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and executive-level status reports Demonstrated ability to identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation plans Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones Familiarity with SDLC, release management, and change control processes Experience managing vendor resources or external partners is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accountability
