We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote position that pays up to $150K, DOE, with excellent benefits. An attorney who has experience in construction defects and/or insurance defense , to join the legal team of a successful multi-state firm's San Diego , CA location. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and assisting with various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal drafting, research, and civil defense litigation.

** Experience **

• for Associate Attorney:
  
  

n- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

n- Admitted to the state bar association

n- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures

n- Ability to write clear and concise legal documents

n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

n- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
