- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with firewall, VLAN, and VPN configurations
- Virtualization experience (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
- Email migration and message tracing experience
- Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills
- Design and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects
- Lead Microsoft 365 & Azure migrations (including tenant-to-tenant email migrations)
- Implement SharePoint setups, server & network deployments
- Configure firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and security solutions
- Roll out backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Serve as the technical lead in client kickoff and status meetings
- Ensure smooth handoff to service desk teams post-implementation
- Maintain detailed documentation in IT Glue and ConnectWise
