About the Role:
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Informatica supplier MDM Lead to join our team at US location. As an Informatica MDM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Supplier Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deliver high-quality MDM solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality rules, matching and merging rules, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop supplier MDM data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
Ensure data quality and consistency across the MDM system by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
Manage and mentor a team of MDM developers and analysts.
Interaction with Informatica GCS team for issues identification and resolution.
lead and mentor a team with mix of onshore and offshore team members.
Good experience in ActiveVOS.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MDM solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and Informatica technologies.
Experience with Supplier MDM is preferred. Any experience with Informatica SaaS platform would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
Experience with Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica PowerCenter.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (, Python, Perl)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
