What Youll Do

• Build full-stack features with TypeScript (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs powering AI-driven decision tools
• Deploy and integrate machine learning models into real-world workflows
• Optimise systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering environment
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Final-year or recent Computer Science graduates from top universities
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
• Hands-on coding experience from internships, projects, or research
• Evidence of excellence: open-source, hackathons, impactful university work
• Curious, ambitious engineers who love solving hard problems
• Able to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
