Responsibilities

<\/span><\/span>

Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable, and robust systems for new and existing projects.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality, identify risks, and uphold engineering best practices.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Apply advanced technical expertise to refine architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system performance.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and cross -functional stakeholders to align development efforts with business and operational goals.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Identify potential design or implementation risks and propose mitigation strategies.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Take ownership of complex tasks with minimal supervision and clearly communicate technical decisions to the team.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Document technical designs and solutions in a clear, accessible manner.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Research and integrate emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Present technical solutions in business -friendly terms and provide concise updates on status, risks, and progress.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

Qualifications

<\/span><\/span>

2 years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (AI/ML production environment preferred).<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Strong written and spoken English communication skills.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, vector databases, RAG solutions, and open -source AI frameworks.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Python for model training, NLP, GenAI workflows, and building end -to -end AI frameworks.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Experience training, evaluating, and tuning machine learning models.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Hands -on experience with LLM libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, GPT, and Transformers.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Background in software engineering with system design/architecture experience preferred.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Proficiency with <\/span><\/span>Django, React, and PostgreSQL<\/span><\/span>; DevOps experience is a plus.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a history of delivering high -quality solutions.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Comfortable in a dynamic, fast -paced environment with shifting priorities.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Cover letter required for consideration.<\/span><\/span>
