Dynamics 365 Developer/Agile Scrum Master

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer/Agile Scrum Master to join our team.

This role combines technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development with the leadership skills of a certified Scrum Master.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-quality solutions that drive adoption and efficiency.

Position is in Washington D.C. and requires U.S.

Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Dynamics 365 Developer: Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft-based systems.
• Create compelling and user-friendly interfaces for both web and application architectures.
• Work with Product Owners to transform business requirements into functional user stories.
• Identify and model process and data requirements, define business rules, and develop test cases.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Serve as the primary functional liaison between stakeholders and the technical development team.
  
  

As An Agile Scrum Master

• Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team to reach consensus on achievable goals for each sprint.
• Keep the team focused and aligned with scrum principles and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft-based system development.
• Hands on experience with C# and JavaScript.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience with SharePoint 365 Configuration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking and deployment.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
