Base Salary Range: $80,000-85,000

- Position may be worked remotely, with willingness and ability to travel to Lake Zurich, IL to engage with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to assist commercial business in the digital space.
- Assist in the development of digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to drive engagement.
- Follow promotional review and approval processes, as well as distribution guidelines, to ensure efficiency and compliance across digital marketing activities.
- Manage digital calendar and oversee execution of digital campaigns to ensure timely distribution aligned with key commercial milestones.
- Collect performance analytics using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and reports insights to key stakeholders to support data-driven future optimization strategies.
- Implement ongoing web optimization techniques to improve web performance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on digital campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
- Knowledge of web analytics, such as SEO/SEM, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience with the following digital platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Applications, and Veeva .
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software.
- Ability to travel up to 15 percent for customer engagements, team engagements, and conferences, as well as willingness and ability to travel to Lake Zurich, IL to engage with cross-functional teams
