MetaPhase is supporting a client which collects, analyzes, and reports data related to project management activities. The team has been rapidly building reports and other tools into several Power BI dashboards and in other aspects of the Power Platform. Additionally, the Government would like to improve their business processes and overall data quality.

MetaPhase is supporting a client which collects, analyzes, and reports data related to project management activities. The team has been rapidly building reports and other tools into several Power BI dashboards and in other aspects of the Power Platform. Additionally, the Government would like to improve their business processes and overall data quality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for gathering requirements. This includes process information, customer pain points, system requirements, and desired end state.
- Prepare and present briefings to describe how reports/dashboards are constructed and used.
- Identify, analyze, interpret trends, and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information, identify efficiencies, and implement procedures to increase data quality.
- Work collaboratively with a team of analysts for knowledge sharing and to collaborate with practice peers.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing other members of the team.
ACTIVE-Top Secret Clearance
- A minimum of five (5 ) or more years of direct experience in data analysis, data visualization and/or data management and reporting in Power BI.
- Experience cleaning and transforming data, including the use of Power Automate workflows to facilitate the movement of data from one location to another.
- Experience with designing, developing, and deploying Power BI dashboards.
- Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps.
- Experience working with large data sets, data models (transactional and dimensional), and dashboards.
- Experience acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining data systems from Development to Production, including data sources like SharePoint, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Microsoft Power BI certification (PL-300 exam)
- Other Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, etc.)
- Designing and building Microsoft solutions using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
- Project management experience/training
