Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze businessdatafrom multiple sources (sales, operations, market, finance).
- Develop and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Generate standard and custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economicdatafor executives, managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, set performance metrics, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Present comprehensivedatavisualizations and strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting process improvement, profitability analysis, and business growth.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), measure performance outcomes, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensuredataintegrity, reporting quality, and adherence to regulatory and audit standards across all analytics.
- Continuously explore newdatasources, improve analysis methodologies, and contribute to adata-driven culture.
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics,datascience, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (Power BI or other platforms), SQL, advanced Excel, anddatamodeling.
- Strong proficiency in querying, cleaning, and interpreting largedatasets for executive reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and investor audiences.
- High attention to detail,dataintegrity, and audit compliance throughout all analysis and reporting processes.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments aligned to investor and board priorities.
- Infor or Syteline ERP experience highly desirable, especially for financial and operational reporting integrations.
