The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:
$86,000 and $107,400
The specific pay offered will depend on the candidates geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range. What Youll Do
- Support and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence.
- Partner with HR teams to execute key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job changes, terminations, performance and compensation cycles, and open enrollment.
- Assist with configuration updates, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and releases.
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to senior analysts or vendors as needed.
- Maintain security roles and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
- Create and maintain system documentation and support training for HR and business users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to align on data definitions and process improvements.
- Own Workday release reviews, regression testing, and change management activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and improve system efficiency.
- 13 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Qualified applicants must be able to work from an office location for part of (or the majority of) the work week.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience running Advanced Compensation and Performance cycles in Workday.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style.
