Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting, delivering reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc.).
• Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
• Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance.
• Mainly deal with issues after the mobile product is launched in the market.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required.
  
  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market.
• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Data management, Create Trends, Reports, etc.
• Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case a major issue is reported
• Perform a stationary and field test of issue reproduction
• Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Data Science, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent level of work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Process certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol
• Knowledge of Android infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and establish process mapping is a plus
