Job Title: Amazon Connect Engineer

Location: Plano, TX 75024 - onsite

Duration: Contract to Hire

Skills Required

  • Looking for a true Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
  • Responsible for IVR flows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow for integration will be great plus.
  • IAC, Terraform and Python are must haves
  • Experience with and Contact Center is required
