Role Summary In this role, you'll engage with union members who have specifically asked to be contacted. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating and hosting online appointments, delivering clear and informative presentations, completing digital documents, ensuring accuracy in all submissions, and taking part in ongoing training as your career progresses.
