Job Title: QA Engineer III

What's the Job?
- Run link-validations across multiple optical modules
- Perform manual testing of firmware upgrades of optics
- Coordinate on lab intakes for optics validation
- Work alongside engineers to develop and follow support documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network device issues
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with networking technologies and devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and DHCP
- 3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Linux/Unix, and Python
- Experience as a QA Engineer with 5 years in Networking & Automation
