Job Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Insights:Understand data sources, structures, and definitions across database tables.Analyze and monitor the impact of product/service offerings using statistical methods in Excel, Python, or R. Work with customers and potential clients to evaluate data sets against existing products. Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities and investigate client-reported issues
- Technical Development:Write programs using SQL and Python for data extraction, cleansing, and analysis. Design and implement enhancements to existing services based on product line understanding. Partner with business units to assess the impact of potential changes and develop new products, enhancements, and reporting solutions
- Reporting & Documentation:Recommend and design ongoing reporting solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation following model risk management procedures. Develop research plans and project implementation strategies following model risk management procedures and requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to design and deliver strategic analysis. Partner with customers to understand technical needs and create custom services.
- Continuing Education:Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay current with market trends and networking opportunities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field required
- Experience in sales, analytics or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, JSON, Atlassian, and Microsoft Office Suite,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with passion for complex data analysis with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical findings to business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with high energy and strong work ethic
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
