What Youll Do
- Analyze & advise: Dive into large email, SMS, and eCommerce datasets to surface trends, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and map them back to client goals.
- Build & iterate: Create self-serve dashboards and advanced Excel models (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) to monitor KPI and uncover trends
- Predict & prescribe: Develop predictive and clustering models in Python or R to forecast deliverability, engagement, and churn, then turn insights into action plans.
- Own the analytics workflow: Streamline on-shore and offshore reporting processes, enforce data-governance best practices, and build proofing checklists to guarantee hygiene and accuracy.
- Leverage AI: Experiment with AI frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, enrich reporting, and turbocharge data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate & communicate: Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients in clear, compelling narratives.
- You have a deep passion, curiosity, and understanding of advanced data analysis and a strong business sense
- You are a self-starter, problem solver, resourceful, and are able to work with limited supervision
- You are flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- You are a strong verbal and written communicator and excellent collaborator that values building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
- You have the ability to understand complex topics/processes/problems and explain them to your colleagues in simple terms
- You are customer, results, and solutions oriented
- 1 year in a data analytics role (marketing, e-commerce, or ad agency preferred), or equivalent graduate degree
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, or similar
- Expert in Excel and dashboarding platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Demonstrated ability to drive insights and recommendations from large datasets
- Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Hands-on experience with email-service-provider platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak)
- Programming Experience (SQL, Python, R)
- A/B testing or conversion rate optimization experience
- Google Analytics marketing attribution knowledge
- Coursework or side-projects in data science, machine learning, or AI
- Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
