Responsibilities
- Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Apply building codes and technical detailing to projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams effectively.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools proficiently.
- Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.
- Engage in light project management and client interactions as needed.
- Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.
- Skilled in consultant coordination and applying building codes and standards.
- Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with drafting, construction drawings, and construction documentation.
- Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, with a preference for food & beverage.
- Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
- Comfortable with supporting client interactions.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and retail production.
