Junior Account Coordinator

The Factory Interactive is seeking a Junior Account Coordinator who is obsessed with digital content development, production, audience engagement and project management. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-year experience in creating and designing digital/social content both personally and professionally in visual and written formats. You will need to possess an innate ability to communicate to various target audiences across various industries. You will need to be able to identify project goals and develop processes to achieve these goals.

The Junior Account Coordinator will be able to assist in developing creative concepts quickly and under deadline, produce high-quality day-to-day social content, and is capable of light photography, videography and/or graphic design including creating daily original work. You will be responsible for broadcasting this content across the relevant digital and social media channels.

The ideal candidate must own a thorough understanding of social media with a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for working with account teams to develop content strategies and achieve measurable client goals and KPIs.

This position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior account managers with ongoing support
• Reporting to senior account managers as required
• Documenting processes and maintaining account records
• Schedule meetings / calls for upper management as needed
• Bring creative ideas to a team environment
• Social media, blog, newsletter copywriting and design
• Develop content strategy plans
• Develop content in various mediums (written, photography, video, graphic design)
• Work with Account Manager to address ongoing client needs
• Daily monitoring of assigned accounts
• Research opportunities, analyze data and identify trends
• Write articles and short clips on various topics and industries
• Compile analytics reports
  
  

Minimum Required Experience

• 1 year professional experience publishing to social media channels
• 1 year experience utilizing photo, audio and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva)
• 1 year experience creating digital media graphics (Instagram stories, graphics, videos, reels)
• 1 year experience using Content Management Systems
• 1 year experience managing projects / accounts
• Knowledge of social media platform Insights and other analytics tools
• Knowledge of industry best-practices, including content delivery standards and usability
• Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content
• Must be a self-starter
